What is my phone number

I bought an iPhone XR January 2020, I have lost the sim so using a different one, I don’t know what the number of the sim that was lost and can not log in to change what card the bill comes out of, is there someone who can help me?

Hello I have just got a new phone from Carphone Warehouse and my sim has no paperwork with it to show new phone number and I haven't received any email. How do I find out what my number is please?
