Anyway, for a quick answer to your question, use theĀ Live Chat optionĀ to speak to an iD agent.

Our Direct Debit paymentsĀ are a monthly occurrence so we are surprised to hear about this. Is the reference number for each payment the same? If they are different, it could mean you have two plans active.
