Why has my bill been taken twice?

My bill has been taken out twice can I ask why.Once it has been taken from id mobile app and the other time it has been taken from id mobile limited.

Have you made a manual payment from the app?

It's possible if you have an active Direct Debit that your bill was already due to be taken and you've made a payment from the app so it looks like you've been billed twice.

Yes I've made a manual payment and then another payment has come out from my card

Hi @Myala,

If you've made a manual payment ontop of your Direct Debit payment being taken, the extra payment would be on your account as a credit. This would be taken off your next bill.
