why is my bill higher

My bill is normally about 27£ a month, I have received my bill for this month (may-June) and it’s saying it’s going to be 41£?! Why is this!! There’s nothing on the bill that stands out? They charged me this last month also but the previous bill says it’s 27 but they took 40 out my bank? HELP

Have you recently changed plans, upgraded or changed the Direct Debit date at all?

When you view the bill and scroll down the pages and also check the dates for the line rental.
