why is my billing saying payment not received

why on my billing page its saying payments received -£18.54. when the direct debit payment  from my bank account was taken from July 9th successfully like every month for a very long time.

and on payment history page says it was received on 7th July. and there is no outstanding bills or usage(never use mobile data) just a few texts a month.

so its confusing me a bit why its say “payment received -£18.54” (my monthly payment amount)

Hi @redjohn,

It’s just like a statement showing invoices and payments received. The payment received part showing -£18.54 just shows that we have taken off £18.54 from the balance that you owe due to the payment we have received from you.

The screenshot shows your charges for the month (monthly line rental) and then the payments received from you for that month is just below it. As you paid the bill in one go, it shows the exact amount.
