I changed my bank account details last month and contacted id Mobile to confirm this.
The payment failed on the 2nd despite having enough funds to cover the bill.
Id Mobile then took the funds successfully on the 3rd as reflected on the bill.
I received a notification this morning that my phone has been suspended due to a missed payment. I made the payment this morning (again) and my phone is still suspended.
I need further guidance from I'd Mobile on how this can be resolved before I seek legal advice this afternoon as this will have a negative impact on my credit rating.
