Hi, I need to submit a copy of my ID Mobile bill, for the month of August, to a third party to claim my first cashback but the August bill is missing from the list of my monthly bills available in my ID Mobile online account. How do I go about getting this missing bill quickly please? I only have a short date window to submit my cashback claim and it is proving impossible to contact ID Mobile by any means, not even live chat! Thanks in advance.
