Congrats @SugarCakes and @lkstevens

You’ve been selected as the winners for January Newsletter Competition. You’ve both won a Special Edition Fitbit Versa 2s with Amazon Alexa. ⌚️

Keep an eye out for the email.

A huge thank you to everyone for taking part in the competition it was great reading your new year’s resolution.

Spending more time with my family, I feel I did not do that in 2019!

My new year's resolution is to complete my first ever triathlon. This year will be 10 years since I had spinal surgery to repair damage done in an accident. At the time I had no feeling in my left leg from the hip down, no feeling from the knee down in my right leg, I couldn't lift my foot or move my toes and the numbness was spreading due to severe compression of the spinal cord.

Being able to do a triathlon would be an amazing achievement coming from that position.

Just to surf as much as possible.

I don’t do New Year’s Resolutions now - too much pressure!

After being diagnosed with a recurrence of GBM4 (Glioblastoma Multiforme) (brain cancer) in July 2019, I need to cut down on bad eating which was born out of being on steroids for a few months, although not nearly as long as I was in 2016. I want to start getting fit again. I am going to go back to swimming to get my mind and body back to some sort of routine. Thanks for reading and fingers crossed 🤞 🤞😊

I don’t want to set any bars too high in fear of looking back on the year and feeling like I failed, haha.

So my simple one is just to be a little more adventurous with my cooking.  It’ll be an easy way to try more new meals.  Time to make eye contact with those other jars of sauces etc in the supermarket shelves and stop choosing the same ol’ usuals.

Mine is to take the dog on a different route every day! We have a beautiful park near us but I am sure he is bored with it by now, and going different places means I will walk a lot further and hopefully burn off a bit of the christmas blubber!

Mine is to take 10,000 steps every day. I currently track them with an app on my phone, but a watch would be perfect!

Mine are to run a 5k park run - I started ‘couch to 5k’ a few weeks ago so am well on the way! Also to change job, and go to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Try to get a little fitter, clear some more debt, work less, enjoy family life more.

To go to the Gym and exercise rather than float in the sauna and eat donuts afterwards!

Bake a cake at least once a month

My new Year’s resolution is to start listening to my body by  eating healthier so my skin clears up and improve my upper body strength so i can swing my cabin case above my head  when im travelling (i am a weakling  )  so this would help me keep trạck of my progress

Not to make any. Much easier to keep.

I have a blocked artery in my leg which causes me a lot of pain when I walk, medical solution, walk through the pain, easier said than done!!!

My New Year Resolution is to spend more time with my 6 grandchildren, which means more painful exercise but I need help to keep on top of it.

To walk further, faster. Cut down the plate size for food & think positively.

My new year resolution is to get good grades in study after that I shall post a thread in community.
