New features on the Community
You may have noticed a few little differences to the homepage and the Community ranking system. Let us tell you what’s changed – we think you’ll like it!
Events Widget
We want you guys, our brilliant iD Community, to be the first to know about our best value deals. So, we’ve added a widget for our Black Friday and Christmas events. You’ll see it right there on the Community homepage, letting you know when our incredible handset and SIM only deals go live. Get in fast!
Even when our events have ended, you’ll still have instant access to our deals. We’ve added a direct link to the iD Mobile shop, so you can flick from the Community to the iD Mobile site whenever you need to.
Elsewhere on the front page, our banner has taken on a different aesthetic in tribute to our Black Friday event this year. Sleek, huh.
New Community Ranks
We’ve also rejigged the Community ranks, adding new ranks to attain and making the process more engaging. You’ll see all-new icons, making it easy to identify the rank your fellow iD Members holds. There are even levels higher than Superhero now, and we know many of you have the mettle to get there!
Keep getting involved in the Community, chatting with other iD Members and seeking answers from other Community members. And don’t forget to drop a like if someone who gives you a useful answer to a question or mark it as ‘Most Helpful’. It may just help the next person.
Leaderboards
Check the competition to see who’s ranking up fastest on the official iD Community leaderboards. They’re split between the iD Team and Community members. Do you have what it takes to outpace the iD Team?
