Accessing voicemail from a landline

I have lost my phone and need to access my voicemail, I’m asked for a pin I have never been given, my account pin and app pin do not work, the system tells me it has text me a new pin, which is useless as I don't have a phone! How can access my voicemail from a landline?

Hi @ChrisKK, sorry to hear you’ve lost your phone. You won’t be able to access your voicemail without the PIN. If you contact our Live Chat team, they’ll help you retrieve it and also report your phone as missing.

I have tested the Live Chat and can confirm I was able to get through to an advisor. Once you’ve entered your name, mobile number, and reason for the chat, you will be transferred to the iD chatbot, at this point just type in the word ‘Agent’ or ‘Human’ and you will get put through to an advisor who can assist you.
