Help! bought my Daughter new phone/contract for christmas. Already ID customer, but went on new contract/tarriff. Realised now paying 2! need to cancel original immediately

Have you put in a cancellation request through the iD Mobile App?  If so, that would be a 30-day notice period.

Let us know some further details though if you need help with anything else.
