I gave 30 days notice to cancel with you in November 2020. I've had no response. I've cancelled my direct debit and low and behold I hear from you re that. Impossible to log in now surprise surprise. No way of contacting anyone at ID. Disgusting service. I want my account cancelled or I will make an official complaint via The Ombudsman.

I did it via logging in. Now I'm unable to log in at all. I am not happy you are constantly obstructive when customers try to get in contact. I want to speak to someone on the phone and be provided with an active email address for customer services. Your live chat is a complete nonsense ....robot who can't answer issues!
