When did the cancellation take place? If it was within the last 30 days, then this may well be the final bill you’ve recieved.
have you checked to see if the bill says “Final Bill” on it at all? Please let us know either way. if it turns out there has been an issue with the cancellation, we’ll put things right quickly for you.

It was cancelled many months ago, it does not say final bill, and also issued with a letter from debt collector company CAR

A 30 day deactivation was put on my account on 8th July but I am still being charged for it. How does it get stopped and my account cleared?
