being charged for a finished contract

My phone contract started in September 2017 and I’m still being charge 2 months after it should have finished?

You’ll need to request a disconnection of the services if you no longer require this as we don’t automatically cancel services until you’ve requested to do so.

 

I believe you have contacted us via Social Media and we’ve managed to resolve this one for you so I’ll mark this as resolved.
