Bereavement - Cancel Account

Hello can you please explain the process to advise of bereavement. My husband had a small monthly payment that was made, however I've just been informed the bank account has been closed down. Could you advise how long his current service will last....it will be useful to unpick his tech set up if his phone number is still available for recovery mode. Thanks
