Blocking Sim hasnt worked

I blocked Sim on app as my son has taken my phone without permission. He was still able to use it. 
I then asked advisor to block it he said it would be blocked within an hour. 3 hours later it is still being used. How can this be resolved

Sorry to hear that.

Can we just clarify, are you wanting to cancel the SIM as it was fraudulently taken out or just put a suspension on the account but keep the account active?

Cancelling will mean disconnecting services and thus stop future charges.

Suspending services will just block the usage of it but you’ll still be billed for this.

 

You can also dial 0333 003 7777 to report as lost/stolen via the automated service.

This will block the SIM as well as blacklist the handset.
