Can't cancel my contract!

Please could someone from ID sort out my cancellation. I follow the instructions from the website to cancel my account ,I'm told to talk to someone from ID. I then get put through to the chatbot, that tells me to go through the same steps again and again!

When I call customer services there is no-one to talk to either!

This is absurd!
