cancelling my rolling contract

I know the procedure, but the site doesn't allow me to cancel my contract, nor can I message anyone?

Have you tried to do this via the app?

When you say “doesn’t allow me to do this” what do you mean by this?

Any error messages?

It doesn't give me the option to end the contract.

I was hoping that you would send me some specific instructions or a link to do so??

Simply going to ‘my account’ as suggested isn’t enough.
