I have emigrated and need to cancel my son's account please

Help please! I need to cancel the account and have forgotten the pin .. I can't find a way to cancel and am frustrated that I am unable to talk to anyone .. please help me as I am accumulating coats for z phone no longer used

Sorry but this address does not show I have access .. states access denied when trying to load on both pc and phone. Therefore I need more help as still cannot cancel account
