cancel account without login details

I’m unable to login to cancel the account and have cancelled the direct debit

We would not recommend cancelling a direct debit when wanting to cancel the contract as this is not a valid method. You can contact our Live Chat Team here if you still need help with this.

Every time I try to chat to live team no one is available so need someone to just cancel this for me as can never see my to get through to anyone
