Trying to cancel a contract , cant get through to anybody from ID mobile , dont know log in details etc .HELP !

No dont have simcard and dont even know phone number , tried calling and using chat and getting nowhere . Paying contract for nothing basically . Never known a company so hard just to get hold of to do something basic
