Sent the 65075 and I got the PAC but they want me to pay £203. Why?

Hi @andrewsalmo,

You can text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999). We'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days. Once the PAC code has been given to the new network, the plan will terminate.

For further help regarding returns, you can find information here.

Hi @andrewsalmo

Generally speaking the only times you’d have something like that to pay upon leaving would be if you’re currently still within a 24-month contract and you have a good few months left of that to go.

If you log in to your iD Mobile account, you should be able to find all the details relating to the contract in there.

I have ordered the sim on 6th November so basically still within the 14 days cooling off period.

Hi @andrewsalmo,

Was it a SIM only agreement or did it come with a handset? Have you used the SIM at all?
