My two year phone contract has ended on this July. I want to cancel the rolling contract as soon as possible but couldn't reach anyone to get help online or by phone. I am currently living overseas and found it's extremely difficult to get this resolved. Can anyone here help me please? I'd like to know what is the easiest and quickest way to cancel my contract while am living abroad. I've already been charged an extra month fee without using it at all. If iD doesn't respond to me promptly I reckon the charging will just keep going on... Any help would be appreciated.
