Please can someone help me, I took out a plan for my Mothers phone and been paying it for years, She passed away in September and I have been trying to cancel the plan, however we cant find her phone and I dont know the telephone number only my account number. I have been trying to contact ID mobile for months Via the Chat but keep being told that there is no one available. I have canceled the DD as i though that maybe that way ID mobile would contact me but all im getting is demands with no contact details on !!!
