Cancel my sim only plan without before receiving it

I ordered a sim a few days ago but i want to cancel it. I don’t have the sim on me, it was sent to my billing and not living address. I’ve been trying for days to talk to a real person with no success and the situation is just beyond frustrating. Please will someone contact me so I can formally cancel the sim.

Simply click on your profile icon in the top right, then go to your private messages.

Trying to cancel sim before receiving  it but cannot speak to anyone via live chat. Just getting pushed round in circles with no help.
