I placed an order for a sim and I no longer need it. I haven't received the sim yet. I have tried to contact live chat and phone all day yesterday and today but no luck. I was forced to register here. This is very annoying, its so difficult to cancel an order.
Can you you please tell me how to cancel the order without any charges.
Note : I'll not be using the sim if I get it.
