Hello! I would like to cancel my mobile contract early and get my PAC code to transfer my number to my new phone/network. How can this be done at the moment while the call centres are closed?

You can request your PAC by sending a text.
Since you would like to cancel your contract early I would recommend using this first which will give you estimation for early termination charges:
Text ‘INFO’ to 85075 – and find out more
If someone is not sure whether they are still ‘in contract’, and would have to pay any early termination charges, they can simply text ‘INFO’ to 85075 to find this out without requesting a switching code.
If you will be happy to proceed then you use this one:
Text PAC DDMMYY to 65075 (DDMMYY should be your date of birth, for example, 301099 would be 30th October 1999). We'll text you back with your PAC number which will be valid for 30 days.
