Cancel request for sim only plan

I need to cancel the order I placed yesterday for a sim only contract. I don’t have a mobile number so can’t register on the app. The call centres are closed due to COVID so can’t speak to anyone. I can’t even do live chat without a phone number !   HELP PLEASE !

Hi, I can’t access my account although you say it’s activated. The reply is you are not authorised to access this page. I cannot log in, have no login details, don’t have a number, no idea when my sim will arrive. This service is awful!

We would recommend waiting until you have the SIM card before registering for an account. When did you purchase your SIM card and have you had it since? Deliveries can take up to 5 working days.
