I took out an 30 day unlimited data sim in October but would like to cancel or suspend going forward. I may wish to reactivate it on a random basis for a month at a time, when I need mobile internet but don’t wish to continue every month.
The app shows my term ends this month but gives me no option to cancel/suspend.
Nobody is available on live chat and I’d like to get this sorted. Can someone help please?
