cancel sim only plan

Hi, need help urgently. I want to cancel my sim only contract as I no longer have access to the phone it was on. I cannot access in ‘my account’ am not sure if I registered  in the first place and the reset function only sends the reset to the phone which I cannot access as mentioned above.

Please help!!
