Cancel SIM - return

Hi

I want to cancel my SIM only contract within 14 days, which end on Sunday. This is incredibly frustrating to do as I have never used the SIM and so can’t get a code to activate an account and there’s no-one available via the live chats!

I’ve just cancelled one too, takes forever to get a human on live chat, and no one from ID seems to respond on here either.  The Welcome to ID email has a customer service pin and all the details you need when you finally do get through, my welcome email arrived 2 days after placing my order.

Never used .y sim  contract  only called home to get. My number  how do.i cancel my sim contract
