Cancel within 14 days cooling off period

Hello,

I ordered a new SIM only contract with ID Mobile last week but I would now like to cancel.  I have tried to do this via the live chat but this only appears to offer the option to chat with the chatbot, not a real advisor.

Please can you let me know how I can go about cancelling my order/contract?

I am also getting very frustrated as I am still in my cooling off period and wish to cancel immediately but no one is responding to me!

Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?

Ask to speak to an agent and you will be transferred away from the chatbot.

They’re available between 9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday and Sunday. 

Once you land on the page above, scroll down to see the Live Chat section.  

The Live Chat button may not always appear as ‘available’. If so, it may be a matter of waiting, until an agent is available, so please be patient. 

Once the agent is available the button appears blue, indicating that an agent is available. 

No need to refresh the page, this will happen automatically.
