cancelation error

My phone was not working correctly so I pressed the button on the app to cancel my contract. My phone problem has since been fixed, I have brought my account up to date, I have tried to contact IDmobile to not have my plan cancel on June 20th but I am unable to reach anybody. I have written a letter but had no response. Who do I contact to stop the cancellation of my monthly plan?
