Cancelation of my iD accont

I have been trying to cancel my ID Mobile account but without success. I used my sim for data only in my car and do not know the phone number attached to be able to cancel. I cancelled my direct debit as the sim has not been used for 5 months but now have a Final Demand Notice.

Hello @Simondeas,

Cancelling the Direct Debit won’t cancel the contract.

Have you tried putting the SIM into a phone?

This should allow you to register via our website to then submit a disconnection of the account.

Or do you no longer have the SIM?
