Hi I’m trying to cancel my contract early. 
I’ve gone to my accounts and end plan but just keeps spinning..

We can private message you here though if you’re having any trouble with that.

Are you still inside a 24-month contract?  As you would be charged the remaining months of line rental to cancel early, as part of the terms and conditions of the contract.
