cancell contract

I need to cancel two phone contacts. 
 

The first contract:

we know the mobile number 

The second contact: 

we don’t know the mobile number

 

we don’t have an ID mobile account as they were never created when we had the phones. 
 

we have received a final demand letter. 
 

we can’t speak to anyone and can’t work through the app/ the account 
 

what do we do ?!!!!

Have you tried contacting our Live Chat team?
