I’d like help cancelling this plan as my daughter no longer uses it 

she has another I’d account her mum set up for her 

so this isn’t needed anymore Thankyou

I don’t have the log inn details for the app and Juliette doesn’t know them 

I’ve tried to follow the process to no avail 

as it requires username 

ect 

I got it to send me the code 

but I don’t have the SIM card as I lost it 

yesterday as I took it off juliette to cancel it and 

then lost it 😫 please how can I just cancel it ?? 
theres 21 in erreas to cover then anything else to pay ffs 

I don’t know why they set up another one
