Hi there, I’ve tried to cancel my account 2 or 3 times. Each time I’ve been told that they are unable to do it. I’ve cancelled my direct debit but I’m now being chased by you. The sim was originally a month late and I have never used it. I can’t login to get a code because I’ve never used the sim. This whole process is infuriating. Can someone please cancel my account immediately?
