I cancelled my pay as you go sim with ID Mobile at the end of last year! I have received a letter from CARS stating I owe £11.97! This is NOT the case!
I have spent the past week trying to figure out how to contact yourselves as it seems the live chat and contact numbers are not in use due to Covid-19 as stated on your website! I can no longer log into my ID account as I no longer have an account!
I would appreciate if someone could contact myself in regards to this inconvenient ASAP!
