I would like to cancel my contract as the 24 months has ended and i am still being charged however i am unable to access id mobile app and the live chat seems to be down. can someone help with this?

Are you going to be keeping the number?
If so, just text PAC to 65075 to get a PAC code and give it to your new network to cancel
If not, then text STAC to 75075 to get a STAC code and give that instead so the network notifies us you have switched and won’t be keeping the number to cancel.
