Please help me = I have the same problem - no one to talk to -very poor service!!!
Anne I ended up going via the live chat on their website and when they asked what I was getting in touch about I chose 'complaint' as it was after having no response anywhere else on here and no phone number to call! A phone provider with no phone number themselves?!!
Can I have some help please? I want to cancel too
