Still really need help im trying to cancel / pay contract but no longer use the number or know it

Anne I ended up going via the live chat on their website and when they asked what I was getting in touch about I chose 'complaint' as it was after having no response anywhere else on here and no phone number to call! A phone provider with no phone number themselves?!! 

Can I have some help please? I want to cancel too
