Cancellation of 2 phone contracts

I have currently 3 phone contracts with ID MOBILE. The problem is I never activated 2 of the phones sims and threw them out. Rather than getting insurance which I know is silly i just took another contract out when the phone was damaged. Now I am looking to cancel the 2 contracts that are not being used but ID are uncontactable and keep putting me to live chat which is no help .

Please could anyone advise ?

Generally speaking, the best way to get in touch regarding getting an old contract cancelled would be to reach out to the Live Chat Team on our website.
