I would like to cancel the contract on my step daughters phone of which I am the signature and payer. I am unable to access her phone to arrange this through the app, so could someone please contact me as I have tried several means of contact with ID but to no avail.

Yes that is correct. I took the contract out for my step daughter, but I no longer have contact with her. My step daughters number is xxx, I am not sure when the 2 years period expires but I believe it to be imminent.
