Cancelled contract problems

Hi all, hopefully someone can help! So in February I cancelled my contract with ID due to the fact i have moved to NZ. However I am still being charged for my contract 3 months later... Unfortunately I am unable to access the web chat and it will cost me a fortune to call the contact number.
How do I resolve this?!
