Cancelled my contract a month ago, still being billed

This seems to be something that happens quite a lot, doesn’t it? Either your system is broken or this is a nice little money maker your bosses have going.

 

I cancelled my contract over a month ago and I’m still being billed. Where is my final bill? If you’ve overcharged me I need that money refunded.
