Hi I'm no longer able to keep up with my monthly payments as I haven't been able to work due to covid19. Therefore I want to cancel my contract and get a cheaper sim. Am I able to cancel with no fees?

You wouldn't be able to cancel without termination if you are still within your 24 month contract.Â
The termination fee should be displayed on the App.Â
