Hi I'm no longer able to keep up with my monthly payments as I haven't been able to work due to covid19. Therefore I want to cancel my contract and get a cheaper sim. Am I able to cancel with no fees?

Hi @iTG 

You wouldn't be able to cancel without termination if you are still within your 24 month contract. 

The termination fee should be displayed on the App.
