Hey I would like to cancel my sim and phone contract without PAC or STAC. Just ending the contract.
I can’t do it through your website or app as it says the page is under construction . I have already tried the live chat it constantly tells me to do this through the app which is not working. Please reply back ASAP

You can cancel by submitting 30-days notice via the app but if for any reason you can’t, a STAC code works the same way but just does not require the notice.
As long as you’re out of contract, text STAC to 75075 and then you can give this code to your new network who wil simply tell us you have left and we’ll cancel it without needing to contact us.
We’ll then generate a final bill and collect the payment 14-days after.
If however, you still wish to cancel by providing the full 30-days notice (or can’t get a STAC code due to not having the SIM) let us know and we will PM you.
