I have inadvertently pressed request a Pac, when trying to cancel my contract. I don't want to switch to another provider I just want to terminate my contract. This is a second phone that I no longer use, my main phone is with ID.
I seem to be going around in circles, now I've requested a Pac I have to activate it in another phone otherwise my account will continue. I just want the contract to end but I have spent the last 2 days trying to talk to someone on live chat but they are always busy and when I try on the app it comes up with the message "site under construction”, if this continues I will also terminate my main phone contract.
