Cancelling my SIM card.

I rang up last week and cancelled my ID mobile SIM card and I've just been sent a bill through the door as if it hasn't been cancelled.

Hey @Wilsonnatasha117,

When cancelling a contract, a final bill will be generated and sent to you as payment is due for any services used between your last bill and the cancellation of your contract.
